      最近在论坛出现一系列帐号被盗案件，其主要作案手法为：通过密码找回功能盗取密码，之后再盗取该帐户的财富值进行转移，请大家仔细阅读以下关于帐号安全相关规则，及时检查帐号的安全性，避免造成财富值损失，谢谢大家的关注！

<strong>一、如何避免帐号被盗</strong>

1、保护好自己的账号，收到非正常的邮件（陌生人发送的邮件，邮件内容有外链，邮件有些莫名奇妙的附件），直接删除。

2、提高其他方面的安全意识，如：更新操作系统补丁、安装杀毒软件并及时更新病毒库、定期查杀病毒等

3、推荐使用手机或者回答问题取回密码

4、使用复杂密码、定期修改，避免在其他网站透露帐号密码

5、输入密码时建议用复制＋粘贴的方式，这样可以防止被记键木马程序跟踪

6、不要轻易将营业执照及其复印件、公章等相关证明材料提供给他人

<strong>二、帐号被盗了，怎样找回？</strong>

1、通过注册邮箱取回：通过此方式找回，页面会提示您输入您注册时填写的邮箱，填写正确后，系统会给您的注册邮箱发送一封密码设置邮件，请在12个小时内根据邮件提示重新设置复杂密码。

2、通过注册手机取回：只要您的注册信息中填写过手机号码，通过此方式来找回，页面会提示您输入手机号码，系统校验正确后，会发送一个验证码给您，您在弹出的页面上输入验证码后会登录成功，页面会提示您重新设置密码。

3、通过密码保护问题取回：这种方式需要您前期在阿里助手里设置过密码保护问题和答案（如果没有设置过，阿里助手的修改密码中可以进行设置），通过此方式取回密码时，页面会提示您输入答案，输入正确后，系统会将重设密码的链接发到您的注册邮箱。
注：取回密码请立刻进入阿里助手核实自己的用户信息是否已被篡改，如被篡改请立即修改，防止再次被盗

<strong>三、如何设置安全密码？</strong>

1、密码长度为6到20个字符；
2、使用英文字母和数字的组合，如wdvt058、8465sdrj等，尽量不要有规律；
3、千万别把您的密码设置成以下这样，会导致安全性过低：

      a.密码和会员登录名名完全一致；

      b.密码和您的联系方式“电话”、“传真”、“手机”、“邮编”、“邮箱”的任何一个一致

      c.密码用连续数字或字母，如：234567、987654、abcdef；

      d.密码用同一个字母或者数字，如：88888888，aaaaaa；

      e.密码用会员登录名或邮件地址中的一部分，如您的会员登录名是 carrvy770815，勿使
用770815作为密码。

      f.密码用您的姓名、单位名称、和阿里巴巴有关或其他任何可轻易获得的信息。
如：liudehua、alibaba；

      g.密码用简单有规律的数字，如：789456、123321；
